FITNESS MASTERY
WORKSHOP

Look Awesome.

Be Strong.

Live Long.

Everyone deserves a lean, strong and healthy body for life. This Workshop lays
out a clear path to get there. And it costs less than your gym outfit.

Learn to master your fitness, ignore the industry bullshit, and get on with your life

With the knowledge and resources we have available, we should be the healthiest, strongest and longest-living human beings to have ever set foot on the planet.

We have the best books, the best trainers, the best doctors, the best foods. In fact, we have the best of everything, right at our fingertips.

Then how come 70% of the population is in terrible shape, the rest in somewhat OK shape, and only a handful in what we can call truly good shape?

How come so many of us are confused and overwhelmed when it comes to our fitness:

  • Not sure what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat
  • Stuck in tedious, barely-effective workout routines
  • Pulled in different directions by contradictory ‘expert’ advice
  • Feasting on supplements that don’t seem to have any effect
  • Wasting time, money, and effort on things that lead nowhere

And why does it seem that a select few can get incredibly fit, while the rest of us are doomed to keep struggling?

Could it Be There’s Something Else Keeping Millions of People from Getting and Staying in Shape?

In my travels around the world…

I’ve met thousands of fit men and women, who have access to merely a fraction of the resources that we do.

Fisherman. Farmers. Factory workers. Housewives. People who live simple lives and can’t afford the luxuries of abundance.

How do they manage stay strong, lean, and healthy without the protein powders, the BCAAs, the fish oil pills and all of the other stuff?

How come they’re not affected by lifestyle diseases that plague over 50% of Americans?

How do they get by without trainers, cutting-edge gyms, and 20,000 different workout routines?

The answer to all these questions is simple – they’re not overwhelmed by the noise and the bullshit out in the marketplace.

They follow simple principles that have been around forever. Since the days of Frank Zane and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Since the days of our great-grandmothers. Since the days of the fucking Caveman.

The Fitness Industry
doesn’t want us to be fit

Over the past 25 years, the Fitness Industry has ballooned into a $70 Billion Dollar Giant – a marketing engine hell bent on selling us protein powders, memberships, sports apparel, and everything in between.

In the process, they’ve created a JUNGLE between the people and the strong, healthy bodies that we deserve.

Their strategy? To confuse the public and create demand for more stuff.

By dishing out little scraps of advice, and never the whole cake, the fitness industry makes sure we stay hungry for more. Always chasing ideals. Always shy of our goals

Because the less fit we are….the more workout programs we’ll need. The more magazines we’ll need. The more trainers we’ll need. The more supplements we’ll need. The more worthless stuff we’ll need. FOREVER.

And while the industry keeps raking mad profits, we end up paying the price:

  • Stuffing ourselves with all kinds of worthless pills, potions and powders
  • Shelling out for magazines, meal plans, and workout routines
  • Slaving away in the gym with very little to show for it, and
  • Paying the price with our health, rather than living our best lives

I say, “Fuck that.”

All the industry wants is for you to keep buying more shit

I’ve been down that road and I’ve found
a better way

After a decade of failing with fitness, I was disgusted. So I tore up my old meal plans, threw out the supplements, and canceled my gym membership.

Then I set out, looking for truth.

In the 5 years that followed, I pored over nearly 1,000 books, articles, medical journals, studies, lectures, and videos, focusing on the science behind nutrition, weight loss, exercise, and longevity.

I then visited over 20 countries observing some of the heathiest and longest-living people on earth. I found out what they eat and how they work out (hint: many of them don’t).

I learned from doctors, nutritionists, professional bodybuilders, competitive athletes, and top coaches.

As I sifted through mountains of information, I managed to isolate the key principles that are behind building a lean, strong, and healthy body for life.

When I started applying these principles, my fitness took a sudden turn for the better.

And rather than obsessing over diet and exercise, I started doing the few, simple things that made a real difference. In less than 6 months. I got in the best shape of my life.

Building a magnificent body comes down
to a handful of disciplines

The bad news? You might have the wrong handful.

Fitness is, in fact, a very simple discipline. It is neither time-intensive nor cost prohibitive. It is not mysterious. And it certainly isn’t reserved for an elite few.

A strong, lean, and healthy body is the result of understanding and consistently applying a few basic principles. Many of these principles are common sense, which unfortunately isn’t all that common anymore.

If you know what these principles are, you gain full control of your fitness.

You’re able to:

  • Lose fat, build muscle, and get into the best physical shape of your life
  • Remarkably improve your total body strength and endurance
  • Eat super-nutritious foods without breaking your bank or spending hours a day in the kitchen
  • Increase your energy, stamina, and productivity to unprecedented levels
  • Avoid hundreds of wasted hours in the gym
  • Responsibly enjoy alcohol, sweets, and ‘guilty’ foods, without becoming fat or sick
  • Reduce or eliminate your reliance on medications, reverse health problems, and quite possibly extend your life

In this workshop I share all of the principles
so that you can become a Master of Fitness

The Fitness Mastery Workshop will empower you to take charge of your fitness once and for all.

We’re not talking about getting washboard abs, being able to do 200 push-ups or becoming famous on Instagram. Unless that’s what you’re after.

Your goal could simply be to feel better, live longer, take care of your family’s health, or enjoy more of what life has to offer.

We’re talking about deciding what fitness means to YOU and going after it rather than pretending that you can’t have it, that it’s too difficult, or that fitness is stupid and we’re all gonna die anyway.

Whether your dream is to:

You’ll be empowered to not only achieve them, but you’ll have the tools to shield yourself from the noise and the bullshit the Fitness Industry will inevitably throw your way.
